REGISTRATION FEES
All registration fees are quoted in Australian dollars and include all local taxes.
- Early Bird Registration: $880.00 inc. GST (ends 24th December 2008)
- Standard Registration: $1045.00 inc. GST
REGISTRATION INCLUSIONS
- Attendance at all Conference sessions
- Conference satchel
- Catering including morning, afternoon tea’s and lunches
- Attendance at the full Social Program
ACCOMPANYING PERSON FEES
- Accompanying Person Dinner Ticket: $150.00 inc. GST
ACCOMPANYING PERSON INCLUSIONS
- Attendance at the Welcome Reception on 18th March and the Conference Dinner on 19th March at Zinc, Federation Square
CONFERENCE CANCELLATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
All conference registration cancellations must be advised in writing to the PCC2009 conference secretariat. Cancellations received before the 30th January 2009 will incur a penalty fee of $50. Cancellations received after the 30th January 2009 and before the 6th March 2009 will incur a penalty of 50% of the fee paid. No refunds will be given after the 6th March 2009, however substitutes are welcome. PCC 2009 should be advised of substitutes by 13th March 2009.
DRESS CODE
Please note that dress standard for the Conference and all social events is business attire.
NAME BADGES
All delegates will receive a name badge upon registration. This badge is the official pass and must be worn at all times to gain entry to conference sessions and social events.
INSURANCE
Delegates are strongly advised to secure appropriate travel and health insurance. Delegate registration fees do not provide any such insurance coverage. The organising committee and the conference office accept no responsibility for any loss in this regard.
